David is a current junior at Penn State, from Fulton County, Pennsylvania. He is a Community, Environment, and Development major. His other roles include being on the Cabinet of the Penn State College Republicans, and serving as one of the youngest committeemen for the Fulton County Republican Committee. He has a passion for agricultural policy and civic engagement.
