Gianni Matteo serves as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans, where he leads efforts to engage and empower the next generation of leaders across the Commonwealth. A dedicated advocate for Republican values and youth political involvement, he previously served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Joe Picozzi’s campaign for State Senate in Northeast Philadelphia—which flipped a state senate seat held by Democrats for the previous two decades.

A proud native of South Philadelphia, he was elected to two terms as President of the College Republicans at Susquehanna University before being elected Chairman of the PA College Republicans in April 2025. Outside of his political work, Gianni is a brother of Pi Kappa Phi’s Iota Epsilon chapter, where he served as Audit Chair, helping to ensure accountability and transparency within the chapter’s financial operations.
