David serves as the Central Regional Director for PAFCR. Additionally, he is the Secretary of the Penn State College Republicans, and a Borough Committee-person for the Fulton County Republican Committee of Pennsylvania. David currently studies Community, Environment, and Development at The Pennsylvania State University.
